3.2 Spring

 

Now this withered, ashen tree, this maiden with her hands bound apart, stands alone without work or words.  In the void of her despair, the cry of the tree rends the violet veil in form and color. As in the beginning, the maiden in the parted sea of blue finds her rest cloaked within the veil of red.
